Custom Build in Glenora Edmonton

Here we present to you a Luxury Custom Build Home in Glenora. One of our services we provide in our company is installation of custom new builds.

Custom Kitchen Backsplash

As you enter and pass through the hallway into the kitchen. The Kitchen Backsplash is comprised of a 3×6 subway tile laid in a brick lay pattern. Within it there is a border with custom pencil tile, and filled with mosaic stone. In the border there is the same 3×6 tile in a herringbone pattern. We used thin-set to install the main backsplash and ReliaBond Tile Adhesive to install the bar backsplash with a 4×16 subway tile.

Tiled Floor Areas and Bathrooms

The Jack and Jill shower as well as the basement bathroom have a glossy 3×6 tile in a 50/50 brick lay pattern and features a 3″ mosaic insert at eye level. In all our shower, here at the Tile Experts, we first start with Schluter Kerdi Waterproofing membrane on top of the drywall / boarding. Then we proceed to install the tile.

On all the floors we also start by installing first Schluter Ditra Anti-Fracture Membrane prior to tile. The 12×24 floor tile in the Jack and Jill bathroom, back entrance, and basement bathroom floor are set in a 70/30 staggered pattern is set using Custom ProLite. If you are someone building or looking to transform your current space. Here is our form below to get started on the process with us.

Primary Ensuite Bathroom

As you enter the elegant ensuite bathroom showcasing a blend of luxury and functionality, you can’t help but notice features like a freestanding soaker tub, a spacious glass-enclosed shower with a rainfall and handheld shower-head. There is also a his and her vanity with stunning natural stone countertops. The builder selected for the floor and shower walls polished travertine tile, creating a warm, timeless aesthetic that ties the entire design together.

When installation of all the tile was complete and cleaned. We grouted using a high performance, stain resistant grout by Custom Building Products, Prism Grout. Thanks for reading our blog and getting all the way to the end. For more please check this related links below here
